Questions retailers ask
Can I see trade prices before I apply?
Trade prices appear when you log in to your approved account. If you’d like a price list first, email sales@oakenz.com and we’ll send one.
What is the minimum order?
NZ$250 excluding GST and freight. Mix and match across the whole range.
How is freight charged?
We calculate freight for your order and add it before we send your invoice, so you always see the full cost before paying.
How do I pay?
We email a GST tax invoice with our bank details – pay by bank transfer and we dispatch once payment is received. Prefer card? Just ask and we’ll send a card payment link (a 3% card processing fee applies).
Do you provide recommended retail prices?
Yes – recommended retail prices are included with your trade price list.
I’m outside New Zealand – can you supply us?
Yes. We work with retailers and distributors internationally, from trial orders to larger distribution partnerships. Send us an enquiry and we’ll reply within 24 hours.
